Dr. Lodd is Board Certified in Family Practice, a specialty that includes training in both Pediatrics, Women's Medicine and Adult Medicine. She currently has priveleges at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville and Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, Lake Forest.She has two offices- Vernon Hills and Grayslake.
She completed her training at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit and Mount Sinai Hospital, Chicago. She practiced as a family practice physician in Milwaukee, admitting to St. Michael's hospital before opening her office in Illinois.
She pursued her Master's in Preventive Medicine at The University of Iowa, Iowa City. She was a Research Asssistant in the Anatomy Department at the University of Iowa. In addition, she did volunteer research work in Pulmonary Medicine at St. Michael's Hospital, Chicago.
She is a member of Society for Adolescent Medicine (SAM), the only national organization ( with members from 30 countries worldwide) dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of adolescents.
Her commitment to continuing education ensures that patients get the best medical care. She is compassionate and empathetic and focuses on caring, long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.
She is the proud mother of two children. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and swimming.
